FAQ - Have you any funding to disseminate?

Answer

The LTSN-01 has funding to support its own staff (currently 5 full time and 3 part time, with contributions from others) and to support travel and dissemination activities.

The most recent educational mini-project call closed on June 30th 2003, a total of £60,000 was available for dissemination.

LTSN-01 announced in February 2001 that it had released limited funds to support up to three mini-projects. The outcomes of these intial projects can be found at 2001 mini-project details. In June 2002 over 40,000 pounds was allocated to miniprojects, and an announcement of successful projects is in the Resources section. Also see our funding opportunties database for national and international educational funding opportunities.

Additionally, we have promoted the activities of competition winners through supporting attendance at conferences, delivering talks and attending dissemination events. See the website and newsletter 01 for details of competitions.

We also have a staff development workshop programme which you are able to bid into, there are three deadlines a year. The most recent being June 30th 2003. For further announcements please see our homepage. Details and resources from the current workshop programme can be found at workshop details.
